The Mission Club gives SMA students an opportunity to help people and to support worthy causes. Homeroom Mission Reps take up weekly collections and organize colour days, food drives, Christmas hampers, special homeroom events, and the Lenten world meal.
Mission reps usually meet once a cycle.
Part of the Sisters of the Holy Names Family St. Mary’s Academy is proud to be part of the family of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. Fundraising supports the SNJM sister schools in Lesotho with tuition for students and financial assistance for orphans affected by HIV/AIDS. Financial support is also extended to the Holy Names missions in Brazil and Peru.
